Notice — Journal Under Development
This journal is currently being built. It is designed to operate as a fully independent publication — without DOIs, without article processing charges, and without any pay-to-publish model. All work will be permanently open access, and authors will be required to submit raw data alongside their manuscripts. Rather than relying on legacy identifier infrastructure, we intend to use cryptographic signatures and modern provenance technology to ensure the integrity, authorship, and timestamping of published work. These systems are still being developed. In the meantime, articles published here should be considered early-stage contributions to an emerging independent research record.
